So my questions are: When saving these images did Photoshop say, "No you can't have that. I opened up the other 400 textures (well at least a quarter of them) and every one of them is now registering 72 pixels per inch. I felt the framing wasn't 100% and low and behold "Image Size" was telling me that it was now 72 pixels per inch. So, at the end, I reloaded a texture I'd completed and saved as DXT1. I chose 96 because Fallout 4 hates variety in these things and they all have to be 4096 x 2048 in size. The original images could be anything from 2000 down to 70 pixels per inch but most were around 100. I am creating textures 4096 x 2048 pixels at 96 pixels per inch. I am doing some game modding and use the Nvidia DDS plugin for Photoshop.
